I really appreciate how seriously they took my feedback and how much effort they made to make things right. Their customer service was excellent, responsive, and genuinely caring. It completely changed my impression of the company.
My kids are now really enjoying the Infinity Racer and have been incredibly creative with it, building different setups and coming up with their own ways to play. It has been so nice to see them engaged and having fun with it.

Such a great Montessori-style toy. It actually teaches coordination and problem-solving instead of just making noise. My daughter loves using the screwdriver and matching the pieces.
Bought this for my 3-year-old and he’s obsessed. He carries his little toolbox everywhere and “fixes” everything in the house. Great quality and keeps him busy for ages.
This was a birthday gift for my nephew and it instantly became his favorite toy. The parents text me the next day saying he played with it all evening.

We purchased both types of trains for our 5 year old granddaughter, the gear system and the magnetic system. Both are a big hit. She loves that she can put them together in her own pattern all by herself. We love watching our older grandsons, the ones who pretend to be too cool now to play with trains, sit by her and give suggestions for new track designs.

Best Kids Toys were understandably pleasant when informing them of a design defect and promptly resolve the matter by replacement of the defective merchandise.
Perfect toy for all ages! I as a nonna liked building the track and my son and son-in law look forward to rebuilding it. Then most importantly I have grandchildren under a year and their favorite part of the day ( when I watch them) is watching the cars go round the track. Our favorite is the jeep while plays music, the train is very fast, and the dump truck is the heavy loader. Lots of fun and I can’t wait till my grandchildren can build their own track.
We have had hours of fun with this. I also love the fact that we have to really think and be creative in connecting the track, thank goodness it comes with a booklet and pictures of how to build different formations.
My Grandson both under 8 months love this. We are a no screen family for the kids. I set it up, perhaps too complicated (sometimes the cars fall off) but after warming up they all go pretty smoothly. The boys love watching them move around the track and their favorite it the jeep that plays music. I can’t wait till they are bigger and build the tracks together.
The product is a winner with my 2 year and 10 month old grandson. While he's thrilled with the track sometimes he goes off road and allows it to roll around the house. Your team was very attentive to suggested modifications with the toy and accomodated request for an upgrade-Blaze the Turbo Jeep is awesome.

So we are building a animated running parade float for the West Side Fall Festival in Evansville Indiana, one of the biggest street fairs in the world.
Were progressing and now have the top section done and now concentrating on the lower part.

My grandson (Marlowe) will be 2 yrs old 12/23/26. He loves trains. This gift was perfect. I ordered an xtra set and xtra trains. He really loves watching it and putting the trains on the track. His dad likes playing together with Marlowe and the trains.
